Yes, I admit it. Just like the book's title suggests - I was once a control freak. I was an "old-school" micro-manager. But, the good news is I've seen the errors of my ways and I'm here to confess my sins in the hope that first time team leaders, supervisors and managers can learn what not to do - and more importantly - what to do - when communicating and interacting with associates, colleagues and clients.
