In 2012, magic returned to the world, but the world wasn't ready. By 2020, some things had changed, but others felt far too familiar. For one man, magic opened unforeseen options after his family's death in a terrorist attack. Another man received calls every time a magical individual decided to exercise one of the new, unforeseen options. Maybe that made him a superhero, maybe a cop, maybe an agent for the government's secret police. I am that other man who received those calls. Everyone calls me Spellcaster.
