Having diabetes for fifteen years I treated myself for the first ten years with diet and exercise. Five years ago I resorted to the typical medical advice from doctors with drugs and insulin. In my opinion, that was a big mistake. Had I known then what I know now, things would have been different. I saw first hand what was happening to me from the side effects from the drugs and the excess insulin in my blood. I have written this book to share what I have learned with anyone interested in knowing about natural alternate treatments, to give your body the proper nutrients it needs to heal, instead of just throwing a little water on the hot coals to keep the flames down. My agenda is to help every diabetic that wants to, get away from the medicine and help the body heal itself,and live a much better life.
