A seemingly perfect odd pairing falls apart as Salmolina realizes that her love of numbers cannot compensate for her need for human companionship and love. William cannot cope with out his lists and never finds a way to move beyond his vice. William and Salmolina probes into the choices we make and the intimate lives of each and every person around us. It asks us to not only question ourselves, but the decisions we make. It asks us to be kinder to everyone around us, as each and every individual has their own story.
