"Every Thought of the Heart" explores this concept in three different ways, explaining the process of our thoughts, as seeds, threads and steps. Our thoughts as seeds produce a harvest. What type of seeds are growing in the garden of your heart? What type of fruit do you receive? Would you like to change the outcome? The parable of the sower contains many wondrous truths about man's heart and how it should work. Your mind is like fabric woven of every thought you have ever had. Some threads need to be unraveled and removed and the fabric repaired. Do you identify with Adam or Jesus? Who are you? The direction of our lives is determined by the steps we take. Each thought of our heart points us in a direction. Enough of the same thoughts becomes the path of our feet. Through the understanding of the scriptures and by prayer coupled with the power of the holy spirit we can understand why we think as we do. We can change if need be. The goal of this book is to enable the reader to be able to do as Jesus commanded his disciples in John 14.27: Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. We can control our thoughts and therefore control our hearts. We can have peace.
