Spurred by the tragedy that became known as Bloody Sunday, when four young Black men were gunned down by other young Black men in the City of Toronto, Chavannes considers the causes and implications of this terrible event, and explores the attitudes and behaviours of local educators and police, and all those factions struggling to deal with a diverse, possibly explosive, and potentially dynamic environment.
