Del Miller is a young and talented, up-and-coming executive with one of the nation's largest Health Maintenance Organizations. Blinded by his personal drive to impress the senior management at Premium Health Insurance, Del stumbles upon company documents which initially appear to be fairly innocent. As Del further probes into the details of this situation, clues begin to point toward a possible insider scam eventually leading Del to question everyone's innocence, including his own. The corruption unravels quickly forcing Del to act expeditiously to save his family and his own life.
