Misplaced Souls Andrew Archer

Long ago, when God created the heavens, he created four Archangels; Gabriel, Raphael, Micheal, and Lucifer. Lucifer was envious of God's glory and believed that he could become God, so he created an army with which he challenged God. God called forth Micheal, bestowing upon him a sword filled with angelic grace. Micheal fought Lucifer, exiling him to the deep depths of Hell where, eventually, Lucifer had a child: Jackie Morningstar, future Queen of Hell.
