Kitchen Quarterback Nelson Fielding

Born and raised in northern New Jersey, the author has worked in the construction industry most of his life and has always been a big sports fan. There have been other interests, but sports have always been a big part of his life. He realized early in life that one thing that is almost as important to the game as "who is playing" is "what kind of food is being served." With that in mind his main objective was to make dishes that would make you feel good while you were eating it.
