Migrating to another country, living in the sunshine, changing our lifestyles, most of us have thought about it sometime or another, when our lives appear mundane, when the sky is always grey. Living the dream... This is a personal journey of our lives, from leaving our Yorkshire home and families to living in Queensland, Australia. Leaving our families was a tough decision, but we had to do it, we wanted something more for ourselves. Was that so wrong?This story tells of the highs and lows of everyday life, of changes, of growing and developing, it tells of how hard it is when the family unit becomes divided. It is a true heartfelt account of how hard it was psychologically and emotionally, of dreams that become harsh reality. How reality becomes a nightmare. This is my diary, our lives.
