Rampage,takes place in a group of solar systems, called the Planetary Alliance, on the other side of the galaxy. Agar, a Will-o-the-wisp lives in a community of superhuman beings of his kind. Resembling six foot pixie and had s hatred for humans for years and finally snaps, goes on a murderous rampage. Prince Blue, ruler of the Wisps promise Thor the Galaxy Sentinel to help capture Agar, but, secretly is unwilling to betray one of his own kind.
