Our oldest son ruptured his eardrum in a skiing accident off the Ohio River in June of 1988. The doctor smiled and said, "We'll see." Two weeks later as the doctor re-examined his ear in preparation for surgery, he said, "Mother, come here. I want you to see this!" I looked through the medical device and saw a beautiful, pearly pink ear drum -completely brand new. No scarring, no surgery, and no hearing loss!
