On the McKay family estate a secret door exists and the twins Riana and Andy McKay have now found it. They will find that their family has known of this door and they have trained them all their life for the possibility that they may have to enter it. Soon to be 18 they will now risk their lives to uphold a family oath made over 600 years ago. Through the door there will be many wondrous sights never before imagined by them. They will encounter mythical beings such as the unicorns that roam freely and the dwarves who work the forest tunnels for gems and precious metals. They will soon find themselves joining the elves that live there to fight the evil sorceress Dawnwarae and her many trolls, changelings and her trusted dragon.
