The experience written in this book spans a lifetime of learning and experience focusing on communications. A model is developed and then examined in depth to gain a very substantial understanding of the process of communicating. It also contains some unique connections to Transactional Analysis, which is extremely useful in diagramming communication situations, which enable a very different, look at inter-personal communicating, which can only enhance the readers expertise in communicating. His goal for many years has been to make communicating easier to understand and to enable a better way of getting our wants and needs communicated to those whom we need it communicated to.
