In incidents, taken from events in the author's life, 'soul stealers' are manifested. 'Soul stealers' are those people and circumstances which wound and cripple us. Through forgiveness we rise above those who eke away at our souls. It is our ability to forgive that makes us human and whole again. Because we have all been wounded our stories are often similar if not the same... some humorous, some sad. Particularly poignant is one relating the excitement of a child coming home with some good news, only to be put off in the telling of it, because, of all things, his grammar was incorrect!
