Navy F-18 pilot Sean Murphy, discharged after disobeying orders and shooting down two Cuban Mig-21's, accepts employment test flying upgraded Russian Mig-21's for an Israeli aviation firm in India. He joins a multinational team of ex-military aviation mercenaries. Their Mission: to eliminate top government leaders of Cuba by flying upgraded MIG's disguised as Cuban Air Force fighters. Their deadly mission pits them against the best fighter pilots Cuba can send against them.
