Exchange of Warriors

After an explosive battle, Mark DelGross awakes to find himself mysteriously transplanted in the time of the Civil War, just as his great uncle, Thomas Hammonds, discovers himself transported to Korea eighty-eight years into the future. They quickly realize that they've not only exchanged places but also identities. They must learn from each other's lives in order to return to their own times and correct mistakes that could irrevocably alter the course of history.
