This book is an invitation to a failure of our judiciary and to examine why the judiciary did not get a fair chance. There is evidence to suggest that there was a need to have the judiciary to experience failure. The failure of the system maybe hidden from the public by a spin from the judiciary. A spin created for possible misconduct of others would be able to circumvent the public and its officials from seeing system failure because it may be an embarrassment to have invested the public money and resources, and failed. The virtually hidden and unexpected evidence may suggest that the judiciary is being torn apart. Since the judiciary will not admit system failure, it is forced to deal with my defiance.
