Sometimes the monotony of our liturgy or tradition leaves us chanting the lyrics to ancient hymns without thinking of their meaning. What Jesus did for us is awe-inspiring. It is breath-taking. He was everything or nothing. He is lightning and thunder and magic and beauty or he is nothing at all. There is no in between.
