A compilation of full color reproductions based on the original sketchbooks by Louisiana native Warren Simmons. Dated between 1997 and 2015, these ink and marker illustrations served as a starting point for many finished works in various media. The pages are arranged mostly in chronological order to display his development of working methods and styles that are still in use today. Contains a brief introduction and an indexed list of completed works that correlates with page numbers for reference. The rest of the book is dedicated to hand drawings. Softcover standard edition.
