Comic, farmer, Mantecan and now author Chris Teicheira started writing his column 'Manteca to a T' in January 2014. Inspired by Patrick O'Leary and his 'Man about Town' column that ran in the Manteca Bulletin in the eighties, Chris tried to emulate the spirit of Manteca in a series of witty articles published in the Bulletin every Friday. If you can't find him in his tractor or somewhere at his farm chasing his deaf puppy Banshee, the five-time Modesto Area Music Awards nominee is probably touring one of the clubs in California, Nevada or Oregon with his stand-up routine.
