No attempt is made to link up with any school of thought and the style is not academic but more after the manner of personal conversation with anyone who likes to think and is interested in what it means to be human, especially nowadays. The author is of the persuasion that there is no quick fix for our modern existential problems. He knows from experience that 'strait is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life and few find it'.
