Glimpses III Daniel Salazar

This is a collection of poems and photos from and about my life, specifically in regard to facing and managing my depression and anxiety. I wanted to compose a multi-media book to show the ways my walks and photos inspired some of my writing to give a sense of how I make sense of the world, inside and out, of my brain. This is mostly content from the last year and a half of my life. There was a lot heartbreak, loneliness, fear, sadness, and isolation, but also growth, optimism, peace, and hope. Let's break the silence on mental health and help each other heal in ways we didn't know are possible. I didn't know this was possible myself.
