I lived most of my life believing that someone else had my answers. We've been trained this way since we were young and taught to believe that there is something wrong with us - that we're broken. Or that someone else knows better than we do about what's best for us. We didn't apologize for being ourselves when we were children, so why do we do it now?




I learned how to change my thinking and lean into who I am and the gifts I bring to the world. I'm continually learning how to stop apologizing for it. I wrote this book to help you learn how to do the same. To learn to understand and accept yourself and who you are, and bring your awesome to the world.
