Clearing the fog is a collection of heart-felt lessons acquired in my journeys throughout my lifetime. Claiming the struggles that have fallen upon many of us but relayed in poetry from my perspective. At times the clutter of memory both good and bad cloud our view of what we see within ourselves, this is the fog that distorts our perception of who we are and can be. We often overlook the strength found in claiming all that we have learned from these lessons and letting them go lifting the mist that blocks us from finding ourselves. This is unhealthy, toxic to our path in life but by looking inside and loving who and what we are we heal helping ourselves see clearly how to find happiness and peace in our voyage.
