Principal attention is given to the tactics of offensive, meeting, and defensive engagements, as well as to troop movement. The book is intended for officers of the Soviet Army and students at higher military educational institutions. It was translated to English by the U. S. Air Force.
We decided to reprint this book because it's difficult to find a print copy. We also decided to increase the size from 5 1/2 by 9 to 8 1/2 by 11, so the text and illustrations are easier to read.
