When Kat is told she is going to work the summer before college on the farm of her fathers' boss, she is not happy. After arriving and finding out that the son of her father's boss lives there she is immediately intrigued. There is something that everyone is trying to hide and Kat can't resist trying to uncover mystery and learn more about the man. Victor hates that his father has forced another woman into his company. When Kat arrives, she seems different from the help of previous years. Unable to resist he slowly starts to get to know her. Victor must decide if he can trust her with his secret.
