Hundreds of Nights with a Bedroll Earl D Hunter

Staying overnight is a commitment. Traveling in emerging countries in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s it was not possible to find a hotel or room for rent in rural areas. These are the stories of Earl D. Hunter, a clergyman missionary, with a determination to get close to people in order to care for their spiritual needs. Staying overnight on a dirt floor or out in the open jungles increases risks. However Earl's view was that being close to people provided friendship and cultural understanding. These camping and 4 wheeling adventures took place before it was really popular!
