Today we have an unsolved problem with respect to: "The lack of VISION and leadership of world-class manufacturing and service companies, and those in the process of being so, by not transferring world-class manufacturing concepts and tools to the family nuclei of their associates for family development and superior economic performance". Transferring these concepts and tools to functional families give rise to the Virtual Community: "WE ARE KAIZEN". For readers not familiar with the word Kaizen, this is a word of Japanese origin composed of two words: Kai which means change and Zen which means good / for good, whether in the personal, family or work context. The Virtual Community: We are Kaizen allows us, in essence, to become aware and implement in Family Functional Productivity and Family Quality through measurable individual and family performance in order to assess and improve key family indicators: - Cost (food, services, and leisure).- Quality (physical, mental and spiritual).- Security (physical and virtual integrity in social networks).- Productivity (response times). The Virtual Community: We are Kaizen is a project that aims to share best practices among functional families worldwide, to achieve superior development in ourselves, in our families, in our communities, in our countries and finally in our global village.
