Practical, Relevant and Real is how I would describe one of the best books I've read for front line managers. Sophia, the unsung HERO of an all too familiar story follows the plight of an inexperienced manager that has been tossed into the deep end of the pool and expected to "figure it out". Her story draws you into her world because, at some point in our life, we have all been there.
