Follow me on my journey from hopelessness to happiness as the love train pulls out of the station in high school, meanders in and out of hills and valleys, veers off the track, and then comes to a screeching halt--for days, months, and yes, even years. Slowly, but surely, I force myself to buy a ticket for a different route, leave my worn baggage behind, and climb aboard for more adventures. I chug along, experiencing good, bad, and ugly relationships until my "aha moment" appears, evolve into my true self, and find "the one."

I felt compelled to not only share my challenging, impactful journey with you but also to provide inspiration and opportunities for deeper reflection so you may live your life with more confidence and peace. Although it took decades for me to become my true self, I explain how I got through it and came out on the other side. Let your own
emotions go, as I retell stories of relationships through crocodile tears as well as my irreverent but endearing sense of humor. I sometimes found myself laughing so hard at my own memories, I had to change my clothes.

I hope my transformation awakens you to new possibilities. Life is too short to give up on you.
