Steven D. Compton, speaker, trainer, coach, and businessowner, started his entrepreneur journey in Cleveland, Ohio almost 30 years ago as a paperboy. Determined to make a better life for himself, Steven embarked on several business ideas while struggling with his attachment to the "street life", low self-esteem, and grief. He has started several businesses over the years, but achieved most of his success as one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in the country. In his book, Passion, Purpose, Plan: How to Spot and Seize True Success, Steve describes his pursuit of success. In the midst of overcoming obstacles and pursuing his faith, Steve was able to find the meaning of True Success.
