Believers are waking up to the idea that they are powerful people. Powerful in Christ, and through the Holy Spirit, and each leader in churches and ministries need to figure out how to start empowering every believer into their personal assignments in God's Kingdom.

Empowering Communities adds the disciple-making conversation by forwarding the need for small group communities inside of church fellowships while also seeing them as the primary launch platform for disciple-producing activity.
