Ernest Quansah is Lifestyle Strategist and internationally sought-after Keynote speaker on diabetes, obesity and healthcare. He almost lost his life to type 2 diabetes. With the help of doctors and his own reseach to learn more about diabetes, he was able to heal from the condition.

He authored Diabetics Journey, an autobiographical book to educate diabetics and the overweight on how to regain their good health. His work has been featured on WebMD as well as in their magazine WEBMD Diabetes September 2016 Issue page 19.
