Healing the inner child is one of the most difficult and challenging things you will have to face in life's journey. You may find yourself growing up to mirror your parents or caregivers lives or repeat their patterns even though you had told yourself a thousand times you do not want to. You get tired and burnout trying to get into relationships and discover they are only transactional and are not lasting a lifetime like you have always wanted. Such a time, is when you need to take a pause and begin to do the work to heal your inner child, find yourself, forgive yourself and others in order to find your true identity so that you can live a healthier, truthful and purposeful life that will make you become better not remain bitter.
