Angela, one of only three women in the USA who own an ambulance company, serves a city of 250,000 and contiguous suburbs of another 250,000. She is updating her equipment, getting her employees trained according to the new EMT standards, and thinks all is well, until the city oversight committee finds out grant money is available for city-owned services.
