Ross is the founder, President and CEO of Bank2 in Oklahoma City, OK. Bank2 was started in 2002 as a community bank with a mission to Build Better Lives. Bank2 was named the number one community bank in the nation in 2009 and number 3 in 2010 based upon REO by the American Banking Journal. Bank2 was named one of Oklahoma's T0p Work Places in 2013. Hill seeks to live out his faith 24/7. His office has become a huge part of his platform. For Ross, this book has two purposes.
