Conscious Neutrality is a natural fourth-dimensional state of being that, by its very nature, invites a more highly developed and natural response to situations. Its development requires the capacity for spiritual mind discipline--a systematic, organized, progressive development of higher levels of awareness regarding demonstration of spiritual principle and, thus, the capacity for spiritual and emotional maturity.
Conscious Neutrality is a state of well-being, known as BE, and in this state, you BE the presence of "all is well" in any given situation. It is a state of being that is initiated as you make choices to enter fourth-dimensional awareness and begin to consciously choose to dismantle old and outdated third-dimensional structures of knowing, perceptions, beliefs, feelings, etc.
You continue this dismantling process until the principles supporting Conscious Neutrality are rewired in your neural pathways as a consistent, established, and repeatable state of BE-ing.
