Fraternal twins BG and LG are out to set a new precedence in the streets of Miami whereas gangsterism is concerned. Fresh off of a stint in the county jail, BG returns to the bricks with his mind on his money and his money on his mind. Armed with a new perspective, a million dollar drug connect, and a small army of young goons, BG positions himself to take over the streets of Miami like John Doe did almost a decade before. However, before everything could be put into motion, an unresolved misdeed from his past takes the life of his girlfriend Missy and threatens to derail his ride to the top. As a consequence, blood spills and the body counts quickly rise. This troubles the community and its leaders, so they initiate Operation Little Haiti Kids. A campaign to rid Miami of BG and LG, headed by a vicious and cunning dirty cop who will stop at nothing to see them fry.
