As you prepare to read this book, Be a Strong Blessing, please realize that breast cancer is the most common cancer in women today, and it is the second leading cause of cancer death in the world for women. My goal is to share stories through the eyes of breast cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones, in order to give hope and inspiration to others. Hearing the words " you have cancer" can devastating; however knowing that you are not alone, could provide comfort. Many have dealt with cancer with no place to turn, but my prayer is that this book will be a resource for someone out here currently battling the disease, either personally or alongside a family member or friend. May our struggle, heartache and ultimate triumph, give you the will to survive. Ladies, let's join hands for joy not for sorrow , and continue to Be a Strong Blessing for others, yesterday, today and tomorrow.
