To live with OCD is to connect with the very essence of mortal fragility, where perceptions of this horrendous condition are clouded at worst and where hope always seems to be in some far distant horizon at best. But despite populist beliefs, OCD is not a life sentence and that is a FACT for once we understand the rationale behind root cause analysis, we are able to free ourselves from OCD's grasp and soar once more like the eagles we were born to be. I almost thought I was going insane at the point that chronic Lymes Disease pushed me into chronic Paranoid Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and simply couldn't understand why the medical world was so incapable of helping me. I know now and that's why I wrote this book in my simple humanistic attempt to help fellow mortal sufferers.
