"My DADDY" is how they all proudly begin their accounts of the grandeur of their paternal heroes, whose excellence in all (sometimes the simplest) things, reiterates that as good as it is to be great in their eyes, most times the greatest thing to these children is simply the presence of their dads. The author/illustrator is interpreting through both of those mediums, the significance of that relationship.
