See Me Now is the story of young girl who grew up in the chaos of moving every few months. Sometimes from one side of the United States to the other. She became shy, had a hard time making new friends, and was afraid of the dark. She survived all the moving and changing schools every year by being as invisible possible. As a young girl, she realized if she didn't ask or answer questions, approach anyone, or act out, then few people would know she was there. It was a win-win situation for a scared young woman. Until she got her first job and it didn't suit her anymore. Then came the military shortly after The Vietnam War. Enlisted personnel were not honored, they were spit on, called names, and even attacked. Being invisible became a way of life, again. Through the ups and downs of life, invisible was safe.
