Juaroz: a Poetic Fiction Ger Killeen 第1 版

In this sequence of texts, award-winning poet Ger Killeen explores the tortuous intersection of economics, femicide, gender, narcoculture, and language at the Mexican-U. S. border. Centered on the city of Juárez, the narratives in this book portray a series of hellish scenarios through the voices of the victims of economic and gender violence, the perpetrators of horrifying crimes, and the complicit bystanders. Both lyrical and terrible, this short book evokes the inner and outer geographies of experiences long repressed beneath kitschy platitudes north of la frontera.
