The first half of the workbook is designed to undo of the dualistic thought system of the world, in the individual mind.

The second second half of the workbook is designed to install an altruistic way of seeing the Holiness of all living things, using Christs' Vision.

The teachers manual is a Q & A style reference section that in examination helps the reader to understand some of the more common concepts of the course wherein specific terms are used.
