Eating disorders are one of the most common impacts of bullying.




Name-calling and making fun of the way another person looks is soul destroying. It destroys a person's confidence and self esteem, making them feel anxious and bad about themselves when they should not feel this way.




We are all unique with our own inner and outer beauty. Not all photos are real.




Accepting each other will create a domino effect of kindness.




Kate hopes that her Beyond a Joke series of children's books will help people to do this.
