Mstislab, (pronounced mist-slab) a notorious rising crime lord within the Russian Mafia is planning to capitalize off the frenzy permeated by sweeping changes to the assault rifle ban and the uptick in gun violence nationwide. Mstislab already has a flourishing drug trade, but is about to up the ante in his opportunistic endeavor to become the largest crime boss on the East Coast. Unbeknownst to the twins and crime lord, their paths (which had been indirectly intertwining), are going to cross in a violent final battle for control of the city ? and possibly a Nation.
