It?s been a really bad night. First Tess is sexually harassed by her lecherous boss and then she finds that during her shift as a cocktail server it has snowed. Things can?t get worse. Can they? They can. As she trudges through the cold, she is attacked by a mugger and stabbed. When she wakes she finds that she is in a strange bed, with no clothes on, and held captive while wearing a collar that is chained to a wall. Across the room sits a stranger gazing at her. Tess soon finds out there really are things that go bump in the night and her captor, Alonzo, is one of those things.
