Twelve year old Simon Peppercorn discovers that he is a warrior wizard initiate. Simon must transition with three magicmates to Magic Space, the space where myths, legends, fairy tales, dreams, and fantasies exist. Before transitioning, Simon is bitten by a horrible wolfish beast. Now he must get to Krakow before the full moon and touch the healing chakra crystal below the castle hill, or he will turn into a werewolf. Along the way, the magicmates encounter formidable giants, Wicked Witches, trolls, and goblins. Even worse, a powerful Wicked Wizard is after the magical element in Simon's heart called the Elfin Spark for it's incredible power. But alone in Krakow, Simon destroys the baddest dragon in Magic Space and defeats the horrible monster Battlefang. He is healed by the power of the chakra.
