That was thirty-eight years ago. One week ago, with only a letter from his deceased, biological father, Tim Howard came to Gross Springs to find his half-sister and half-brother. His black, half-sister and white, half-brother. Today, at the annual Gross County Founders' Day Picnic, Tim finds the family he just found out about a few weeks ago. And what a family it is!
